Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
This policy applies to tickets sold by Haunts365 Limited Liability Corporation ("Haunts365").
1. All Sales Are Final by Default
Ticket purchases are generally final. Refunds are not automatic.
2. Conditional Rescheduling
At Haunts365's sole discretion, we may allow rescheduling to the first available slot when a valid disruption occurs, such as:
- Severe weather (for example, hurricane conditions)
- Power outage
- Comparable venue-impacting events beyond guest control
Supporting details may be required.
3. Cancellations or Postponements by Haunts365
If Haunts365 cancels or postpones an event date/time, remedies (including rescheduling and/or credit/refund options, if any) are determined by Haunts365 in its discretion and communicated to affected purchasers.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled entry and do not contact us in advance, you are considered a no-show. No refund and no reschedule will be provided.
5. Duplicate Purchase Issues
Duplicate charges are not expected; however, if you believe one occurred, contact tickets@haunts365.com promptly with purchase details for review.
6. Ticket Transfer Policy
Tickets may be transferred to another person who is at least 18 years old, subject to Haunts365 operational and safety policies.
